Are you a driven and experienced IT professional ready to lead and elevate technology service delivery?

We’re seeking a talented Technology Service Delivery Manager to lead our small helpdesk team. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the efficient delivery of our technology services, managing day-to-day support and escalations, and championing exceptional customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position, office-based (3 days per week) at our Nexus office in Leeds, with occasional evening or weekend work required for urgent issues.

Your Role:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of helpdesk technicians.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs.
  • Customer Support: Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on performance, satisfaction, and key metrics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other departments to align technology services with business needs.

What You’ll Need:

Essential

  • Substantial experience in IT/Technology service delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in IT service delivery.

Desirable

  • ITIL 4 certification or equivalent.
  • CompTIA A+.
