Informacja o udostępnieniu Planu Połączenia (art. 500 §2 i §21 KSH)
28.10.2025 Zarząd Ligentia Distribution Services sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Gdańsku, wpisanej do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem 0000409469, niniejszym ogłasza poprzez udostępnienie do publicznej wiadomości, że w dniu 27 października 2025 roku został uzgodniony, przyjęty i podpisany Plan Połączenia spółek Ligentia Poland sp. z o.o. i Ligentia Distribution Services sp. z o.o.
W związku z powyższym, zgodnie z treścią art. 500 §2 i §21 Kodeksu spółek handlowych, Zarząd udostępnia bezpłatnie do publicznej wiadomości, za pośrednictwem niniejszej strony internetowej, przyjęty Plan Połączenia, wskazując jednocześnie, iż będzie on dostępny nieprzerwanie do dnia zakończenia Zgromadzenia Wspólników podejmującego uchwałę w sprawie połączenia wyżej wskazanych spółek.

28 October 2025. The Management Board of Ligentia Distribution Services sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Gdańsk, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000409469, hereby announces by making it available to the public that on 27 October 2025 the Merger Plan of Ligentia Poland sp. z o.o. and Ligentia Distribution Services sp. z o.o. was agreed, adopted and signed.
In connection with the above, in accordance with the content of Article 500 §2 and §2(1) of the Commercial Companies Code, the Management Board makes the adopted Merger Plan available to the public free of charge, via this website, at the same time indicating that it will be available continuously until the end of the Shareholders’ Meeting adopting the resolution on the merger of the above-mentioned companies.
