Your responsibilities
- Independently addressing issues and actively engaging the right resources and technologies.
- Building relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and translating them into project requirements.
- Collaborating with development teams.
- Working in a cooperative environment, sharing knowledge, and supporting the team in achieving goals.
- Mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.
- Leading projects and ensuring the team remains focused on achieving practical outcomes.
Our requirements
- Preferred education in IT or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the project lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to identify stakeholder issues and translate them into functional requirements.
- Experience working with development teams.
- Skill in finding practical solutions between development teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills when working under pressure.
- High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of the business value and technical implications of delivered solutions.
Nice to have
- Industry certifications in business analysis will be an additional advantage.
