Pick and pack

Pick and pack is a warehouse process where items are selected from stock for each order, then packed and labelled ready for dispatch. Picking can be done by individual order, in batches or by zone, depending on order volumes and the warehouse layout.

Why it matters for your supply chain: Picking accuracy reduces returns and complaints. Efficient packing lowers material and shipping costs.
