Reverse logistics

Reverse logistics is the process of moving goods back from the customer to the seller or manufacturer for return, repair, resale, recycling or disposal. It covers:

  • returns collection
  • inspection
  • refurbishment
  • restocking
  • end-of-life recovery.

Why it matters for your supply chain: A well-run returns process recovers value from returned stock, improves the customer experience and supports sustainability goals.
